Welcome to 5678 Dance Studio’s online registration portal.  Click the link below to be taken to the online registration form.

Prior to registration, please consult our schedule, located here, decide on which classes you would like to take.

Payment for online registration is accepted by Mastercard or Visa. 

Payment may be made either:

1) in Full at the time of registration

2. 2)50% at the time of registration and 50% on Feb.15.  The second 50% will be charged to the same credit card used in online registration.
   

Tuition is listed alongside each class in the online registration form and multi-class discounts will be applied.  Take 2 classes receive 15% off, take 3 classes receive 20% off, take 4 classes receive 25% off, take 5 or more classes and receive 30% off all tuition amounts.  Tuition prices do not include HST.  Please note there is a $20+HST registration fee for each student.   Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please note: if you were a student prior to Fall term 2014, please register as a “new” student and an online profile will be created for your dance family.  If you took classes last year, please log onto the parent portal to register for dance classes!
