Adult Dance

Want to get in shape?
Have you always wanted to learn to dance?
Did you dance as a kid or teenager and want to get back into it?
Did you recently move to Kingston and want to continue your training?
5678 Dance Studio has a class for you!

• All skill levels are welcome

  We offer classes in all disciplines from beginner to advanced. Whether you've never danced before, are rediscovering your love of dance, or have danced professionally, there is a class for you.

• Tights and leotards are optional

  Wear active clothing that lets you move.

• Classes are taught by experienced and certified instructors

  Classes from beginner to advanced are taught by experienced instructors using internationally recognized training techniques and syllabi.

• Performance opportunities

  Adult students are invited to perform in our Nutcracker performance in December and our year-end recital in June. Performing is always optional.

• Royal Academy of Dance exams are open to adults

  There is no upper age limit on RAD exams. Many of our adult students choose to prepare for RAD exams each year.
