    Programming

    Each camp is full of creative indoor and outdoor activities and includes trips to Tomlinson Aqua Park.

Musical Theater Camp “The Pajama Game” is a week-long camp focusing on voice technique, dance, and drama. Focusing on the 1950’s Broadway classic, The Pajama Game, participants will learn multiple songs and group choreography, as well as explore this comedic and energetic piece of theater. In addition to dance, acting, and voice, we will also have the opportunity to discuss and try our hand at costuming and learn about set design. At the end of the week we will invite parents and family to come watch what we have put together. Participants will also have two excursions to the memorial center pool.
Musical Theater Camp “Musicals in film” is a week-long camp focusing on voice technique, dance, and drama. This week will focus on musicals debuted or made popular through film. During this camp participants will explore three films, Grease, Hairspray, and The Greatest Showman. Participants will learn a song or scene from each film in addition to group choreography. In addition we will learn a bit of the history of each film and where they got their roots. We will also have the opportunity to discuss and try our hand at costuming and learn about set design. At the end of the week we will invite parents and family to come watch what we have put together. Participants will also have two excursions to the memorial center pool.
Musical Theater Camp “The Lion King” is a week-long camp focusing on voice technique, dance, and drama. Focusing on the timeless story of The Lion King, participants will learn multiple songs and group choreography from the Broadway adaptation, as well as explore this energetic piece of theater. In addition to dance, acting, and voice, we will also have the opportunity to discuss and try our hand at costuming through various crafts that participants will get to take home, and learn about set design. At the end of the week we will invite parents and family to come watch what we have put together. Participants will also have two excursions to the memorial center pool.
