I auditioned, and was accepted, into the Joffrey Academy of Dance, the Official School of the Joffrey Ballet, two week Summer Intensive Program for 2016. Being 8, I was one of the youngest of the twenty dancers accepted to this session from all across the United States.

I had a wonderful time at the Joffrey! I feel I learned a lot and improved my ballet and jazz dancing as well as learned a new type of dance, Latin! I felt as if I could handle the hard work, different teaching styles, and new types of dance that was required of me due to the ballet, jazz, tap and exam classes that I have completed at 5678 Dance Studio. I appreciate all that I have learned from my teachers Catherine Allen, Andrea Lalonde, and Katherine Mazurok. I am excited to start classes again this fall!
